I tried purchasing a 12x18 art print of this beautiful image and something about the upload caused it to be too small. Deviantart actually refunded my money because they said the problem was with the source file. I think the upload is not quite big enough and possibly has an unnecessary white border around it. Is there any way you can fix this, so that the image will print correctly as a 12x18? Were you aware of this issue? I really hope you can reupload the correct size or whatever, as I had my heart set on gazing at this print every day for quite some time. Gorgeous work! <3

They deleted my print recently, but I've already received several released of money from this print before. so I still don't know why there's a problem suddenly.😂
I submitted this print again. And my original file is 3307x2598(300dpi). I think it's big enough for a 12x18 print : )

It is definitely big enough and I thank you for your prompt reply! The problem is actually that the source file's dimensions are such that the image is not long enough to make a 12x18 inch print, instead it's about 12x15.25 inches. You would have to either crop the image a tad in height or just stretch the whole image a bit lengthwise to make a true 12x18, the same with all the other sky series images as well. Sorry to be a pain, just thought you might like to know. I absolutely love your work

I saw a cloud like this where I live. It wasn't as colourful unfortunately, more of a dark grey colour. This really brings it to life! The swirling colours are gorgeous and really work well together.
