Description A group of terrorist occupied a water plant in the outskirts of London. They threatened the authorities with an explosive with biochemical content and would release it into the water plant. They also controlled the security system, including communication and cameras. So, no one can get into the compund, even SAS failed to occupy the compund. With five personnel downed in intense gunfight, they had only one option, retreat.

"Ma'am. It is your turn," said an SAS field commander, " we also have a sniper who will watch your back. But, please be careful out there."

"Understood and thank you for your consideration," Layla [link] answered with a smile.

Then she arranged some bizzare strategies. She gave an order to Steffi [link] to hack all communication and camera system ... wirelessly.

"You're nuts. But I will try it," she responded.

Twenty minutes later, she brought a news to her commander, Layla. "I know the location of the bio-bomb and now I am uploading a powerful virus into the water plant server. It will disrupt the security and comm system in about 15 until 25 minutes. I am afraid that ..."

"That's enough time. Good work," Layla answered. After that, she assembled her team and split the team into two groups, Angel 2-1 and Angel 1-1. Angel 2-1 was in charge to clear the main building and Angel 1-1 was in charge to defuse the bomb.

Then, the virus was uploaded and begun its action. Suddenly, all the comms and scurity system was down. The raid was begun. An SAS sniper opened fire, killed some terrorist at the side door of the compound gave the SACF chance to strike. After the intense gunfight, Angel 1-1 managed to defuse the bomb while Angel 2-1 still clearing the main building.

Akemi [link] spotted the leader. He was running toward control room. "It's him!"

"I got your back!" Layla said. She gave the other Angel 2-1 member a signal to follow her.

Unfortunately, the door was locked. So one of Angel 2-1 member, Sarah "Angel" Alima [link] opened it with a sledge hammer. Akemi and Layla moved inside tactically and Akemi shot two fire to the terrorist leader, one bullet to his leg and another one to his tummy. Those shots incapacitated him.

"Last one!"

"Angel 2-1 to base, all tangos have been neutralized."

"Roger that Angel 2-1, well done."

After that incident, the terrorist leader was treated by Sarah and Akemi in a hospital, guarded by SAS and SACF. He was moaning and grunting while Akemi tried to change his bandage.

"I am sorry. I will be careful now," Akemi said with a low and gentle voice.

"That's better," he replied, "wait, you're the one who shot me, aren't you?"

"Yes I am the one who shot you, twice, with a FAMAS. Luckily, you were still alive back then. So I took and nursed you here," she replied with a beautiful smile. She laid him one the bed and covered him with a warm blanket. "Anyway, you're still recovering. Take some rest and you'll be better tomorrow. I'll be here if you need something."

He blushed, "You killed my men last night. However, you're the kindest and cutest woman that I have ever met. Thank you."

"You're welcome," she replied with a cute smile, "sleep tight."

SACF kindness toward a terrorist maybe weird, even for the terrorist himself. But, that action is actually an unwritten ethic code when SACF encounter a wounded and incapacitated enemy. There is also another reason to do that, that is written in Convention (I) for the Amelioration of the Condition of the Wounded and Sick in Armed Forces in the Field. Geneva, 12 August 1949 [link] (let's hope that you have strong eyes to read this rules lol ). SACF actually tries to fulfill this rule.

Actually, some generals too did same action in the ancient warfare. They took care of their enemy just as like other innocent civilians. Do you know Shalahuddin Al-Ayyubi ? He sent his enemy (Baldwin IV who had leprosy) a doctor and some of his best medicines. Uesugi Kenshin also sent some of his food supplies to his enemy when he siege an enemy castle or stronghold. That's why I admire those two, they were noble generals

The Geneva Convention's protection only applies for the uniformed combatants with clear chains of command of two or more nations at war.
POWs may (required by law, actually) get those treatments, but designated terrorists? They'll get a hard time.

The 4th Geneva Convention does require unlawful combatants to retain rights and privilege, but I don't have enough knowledge of it to know if it could be applied to terrorists or not.

Even if SACF wants to set example of noble behavior, it's really too uncharacteristically-sickly-sweet to apply to terrorists; they're not called "terrorist" for no reason: These guys don't play by any rules, period.
That terrorist leader probably hates everyone in the world that doesn't support their cause, and for all I've know, could've been hiding a bomb inside his body and waits for the perfect time to detonate it when he's captured (like in The Dark Knight)

The ages of noble warfare has ended, too. The last time these noble conducts occured was in WWII Africa Theatre, between Bernard Montgomery and Erwin Rommel. Doesn't apply anywhere else, though. Two nation's militaries battling each other may have respect towards each other, because they are just two sides of a coin; Both of them fight for their nation's cause, and they could've been allies in different time and place.

Nowadays with the War on Terrorism, the reality is much different and harsher. The enemy doesn't care about any laws; everyone in this world is a valid target for them, and they'll readily make use of civilian populations to hide and as a shield. If you admire Saladin, then you must know Raynald de Chatillon. He's the very embodiment of a terrorist in his era. True enough, Saladin respects his Crusader adversary (and vice versa for Richard), but not with Raynald.

Well, my point is, irregular forces like pirates, mercenaries, and terrorists, and a nation's regular soldiers get very different treatment in every wars since the dawn of humanity, often with good reason. It's too unbelievable seeing a terrorist get so sweet of a treatment (and responded in kind, too) when he wants to kill many civilians by releasing a biochemical agent into the water supply.

Ummmmmm ... you got the point there , war against terrorism is an asymmetric warfare. The enemy hide among civilians and use women and children as their shields. It is hard for military officer when he/she choose to take an action. You are absolutely right on this one. Oh, you also mention Raynald de Chatillon, HE IS SUCH A BASTARD!!! AAAARRRGHHHH!!! *flip table*, he violated all of his agreement with Saladin *facepalm*. No wonder he was executed by Saladin himself.

SACF kindness and warm hearted attidude was given only to wounded and surrendered enemy, of course with full alert condition and 24 hours surveillance. Both of them, especially the wounded one, will be treated well until they are ready for interrogation and judicial phase. If they try anything funny when they are in treatment or in the detention, they're dead .

actually more than a terrorist I would like to make a PMC group gone rouge that attack certain targets...so Hi-tec and heavily equipped soldiers that have experience and tattic to deal a serious "punch"...
of course with numbers that can equal to a little nation's Army...

Ummmmmm .... That is interesting ....

Anyway, rather than PMC, I prefer some members of a Hi-Tech special forces group gone rouge. They assassinate their officials who betrayed them for some issues (politics, money, power, etc).

Why I chose special forces? Because they are more trained and skilled than PMC . They are also harder to detect and dangerous opponent for SACF.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 2

1r0zz0 In reply to carrot25 [2012-07-07 21:19:05 +0000 UTC]

I thought about the special group...

I come up with the Cherberos Panzer Infantry, or CPI, (er... yeah jin-roh ).

heavily armored infantry designed to lay waste of big groups of enemies in otherway impossible tangos/goodguys ratio.
more or less they are the answer to any guerrillia situation...
they wear a real resistent armour(titanium nano fiber made the fabric) also the armour is also made by a enchained level 5 Dragon skin [link] bodyarmour. this made it quite heavy but the armour is equipped with a state of the art made streght enchainer esoskeletron(they exist but looks like this nowadays [link] )

obviously they are still pretty weak aganist AM calibers and light armour piercing rounds(ths is not CoD that a juggernaut resist a Barret shot point blank...)

their armoury is composed of Magpul Masada(Remington ACR [link] ) and modified versions (so single unit walkable weapon) of the XM307 ([link] )

their elmet have ER visors and hey are linked in a "war field network" that share information like enemies positions and communications interceptions...

they are a international elite group and have soldiers from the SAS, The 9ΒΊ Reggimento d'Assalto Paracadutisti (9th Parachutist Assault Regiment) Col Moschin ("Moschin Pass"), Marines and Delta forces, JSDF and Alfa group.
they are a both gender elite unit but do not change the basic requirements for genders...

unknown reason why the whole group gone rouge. but they are considered armed and dangerous. and american general in particular was attaked by the CPI during the rouge period, and he is the one that asked for the deploy of the SACF...

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

carrot25 In reply to 1r0zz0 [2012-07-12 13:07:13 +0000 UTC]

That unit is similar with SACF in some points, like dragon skin (SACF body armor which looks like a swimsuit is actually a dragon skin), ACR Bushmaster, but XM307? They can start WW3 with that weapon !!!

Is it effective to use a exoskeleton for a PMC personnel? They seldom carry a heavy tools during their operation.

Anyway, I'll create that unit. They'll be become the best opponent and also potential ally for SACF

I officially created the CPI

you can use them as you want(so create their people, kill them ecc..)
I am going to create some guys myself, but I can be a bit slow

no, I scrapped the PMC Idea.
they are an international anti-terrorist and riot-supressor units.
they are (well, was) under control of SAS and the Col Moschin.

also I still have to design their aparences but they look more or less similar to this: [link] still they are a bit more hi-tech.

also remeber that the american general that disowned them is not much "clean"... and they pratically attacked only him...that "could" mean somethin'
