Description
I don't usually upload cat pictures. But wanted to show you what I'm up against, everytime I go outside to photograph birds in my garden. I'll be out there, snapping away, then all of a sudden the birds disappear. I wait, and wait, and wait - and they don't come back. Finally I get up to move inside, and there is my cat - birdwatching - without a camera. I don't think she has good intentions either. She's 1.8 metres up on top of the fenceline separating my property with another, and she controls this border very seriously!Fortunately she's pretty old now and doesn't catch many things anymore

she is/was. Sigh. Never wandered. Was suffering a bit of arthritis but otherwise in good health.

what do you mean not photogenetic? she's gorgeous! that face just scream personality.
I really like the simplicity of this photo and the ease in which you've incorporated the cat in the composition of the lines of the fence and the bricks

LOL - Thats my old girl - and very very few photos turn out of her - thats virtually the only good one I have of her. My other one the photos get relegated to the bin every time.
However,I might just try a few different ones now I've seen yours and see how I go
Cheers

Classic Burmese!
My Burmese, also a Burmese Blue is useless at catching birds (fortunately) He just meows at them, which scares them off!

I have two - a seal and a blue. They are the most nosiest, noisiest, demanding, affectionate, playful, intelligent, dumbest, hilarious cat I have ever owned Wouldn't give them away for a billion dollars!

Perhaps we should send the Pres a picture of this! A newer, more humane option for border patrol and enforcement! They would never jump in the Rio Grande to stop people! Ha Ha!!! I can see the headlines now...."NEW CONTRACT FOR SIAMESE BORDER PATROL" or "IMMIGRATION: MORE FENCE-SITTING" note: I am not against immigration, I just want everyone from all over the world to have to go through the same channels to get here......seems unfair to other immigrants from all over the world. But then, some Mexicans take some pretty big risks to get here.....oh damn , I don't know how I feel about it!!!!

pretty cat. we have one sort of like that. he goes out in the paddock and chases sheep, goats, dogs and horses... also has my mother and therefore the rest of the family wrapped around his tiny little paws...

Heh! We used to have an old Tom who had long since quit hunting things for sport. And the funny thing was, the birds had figured it out. They would literally land a few feet from him and go about their business. He'd glance at them as if to suggest what he'd have done to them once upon a time and that was about it.
