I don't usually upload cat pictures. But wanted to show you what I'm up against, everytime I go outside to photograph birds in my garden. I'll be out there, snapping away, then all of a sudden the birds disappear. I wait, and wait, and wait - and they don't come back. Finally I get up to move inside, and there is my cat - birdwatching - without a camera. I don't think she has good intentions either. She's 1.8 metres up on top of the fenceline separating my property with another, and she controls this border very seriously!Fortunately she's pretty old now and doesn't catch many things anymore

Oh a russian blue of some sort! her face is not as round as a russian blue!! but I love this colour

I love the tone of this shot.
It gives a foreboding feel, much like I imagine you feel when you go out to shoot photos of birds.... and he's there, trying to thwart your mission.

yep - very much so trying to thwart my mission - and it's a talkative cat, but she didn't evenn meow to let me know she was there - thats how I know she didn't have good intentions

LOL - I have two burmese - they both do border control, but this one take her job more seriously

She's a pain !!! She's one of the most inteligent cats I've ever owned. That means she's learnt to open doors, worked out how to unlock cat doors, learnt to open an aviary and eat all the quails, and sit quietly on the fence without lett me know she's there and thus scare away all the birds.
But she's very affectionate, and very talkative. She's a Blue burmese.

yep - and worse still - i have anoher one - a Seal Burmese. She's not that smart - she's talkative and tends to smooch everyone to death. She's funny though - doesn'nt like me singing. Line one of the song and she's sitting up from a deep sleep, line two and she's on my knee with her head over my mouth trying to shut me up LOL
