True. It's counter-productive, counter-intuitive, and especially self contradictory :\

damn. Something seemingly insignificant really represents the situation well. The shading looks great here, I really like how the texture on the wooden box came out as well.

Really deep message and to me, a real personal one. Great concept.

I like this, good clear symbolism, straight to the point and effective. It's this kind of cleverness that seems to be lacking in art recently, keep it up.
It's so hard to believe we still have this problem, I thought that we solved this problem way back before I was born, but it looks like humans will say one thing and do something else as always. I guess people still hold pointless and stupid grudges, and haven't realized the important things about people aren't the pigment cells in the skin, but the lump of gray matter in the skull.
Now to the real question, how do we get those other blocks into the box? Talking about a problem is good and all, but working on a solution is better, so let's get cracking on it!

So I've decided that you're my hero, both for your gorgeous art and for your politics.

That's how you do it! I've been looking for a picture like this one that expresses my views on topics such as this.
Discrimination is the one the ONLY thing I cannot stand. You nailed the hammer on the head with this picture. Going in faves! Thank you for the truly awesome picture. Continue on with your works like these! ^___^

This is really nice. It means a lot to, you know, a hidden meaning. I especially like how you used this old child toy...heh heh. But otherwise, nice concept, good work.

this concept is amazing... the detail of the white triangle, itΒ΄s the only who can get in... the "other colors" out.
Great!

Unbelievable painting, the textures are great. Plastics against wood etc. Very jealous. Nice concept too.
But are people still descriminated in the work place? Would a white person still get a job over a black person just because of their color? (for example)
It's a real shame if it does.

I personally like the white triangle, even the fact that it's a triangle symbolizes western culture for me, instead of going in a circle, a cycle, the very thing life is, Western culture is constantly trying to bend things, make them pointy and efficient. That probably wasn't intentional on your part, especially because that connection I just made has absolutely no real grounds other than in my mind
Great painting, everyone else has already said this, but the wood texture is great,
Did you use a lot of different colors, or mainly just one color lightened and darkened depending on how much white paint or water you put in?
Very creative concept, did they give you this all layed out to paint, or did you create the idea? Sorry for all the questions, you definitely don't have to answer if you don't want to, just curious is all
