Description
A strange occurrence today: a patrol found two young, unfamiliar she-cats caught in the morning rain. Clearly emaciated, lost and a little delusional, one of them begged for help; they were so exhausted, and her sister was hardly able to walk. They were escorted back to camp and met with a sea of gazes, some intrigued, some wary, but most were hostile stares. Untrusting. Unwelcoming. Upon arrival and gaining the attention of the entire clan, the cream and grey tabby lifted her head and wept to no one in particular: "Please, I beg you for sanctuary."More snippets from my story.Β
