so this is a brush and not a fractal? ooo-wee sifu ali you're losing your touch fly girlie.....
i also wanted to know that you usually make your starry backgrounds using a 3D program, photoshop, or a combination of both?

no,, it is a fractal... I only used a tiny bit from one of the brushes over a couple of areas to make it dark over the red... but since I used it I gave credit... No losing touch here...lol.. Starry backgrounds I use Universe from diardsoftware... i use both the standalone and the plugin in PS..
Thanks!

yeah what the fuck is up with universe? i paid money for that program and i can't even use the other options, like they just basically took that shit back, like i gotta pay every year for the usage of that program. that's bullshit or else i would be using that alot more than bryce. when i tried to use diardsoftware's thing last year it didn't give me the options i paid for.

huh? I bought mine years ago and it is still functioning just fine. Much less pay every year...that doesn't make sense.

well i paid for it like at the end of 2008 like when i finished my fall/winter semester. it was working just fine for me then i didn't use it for months and months and months and when i do use it all of a sudden my features were limited, which pissed me off. i tried calling them when i was in north carolina but never got in touch. i might have to do that again when i find the number because that's so bogus, esp. since i only got to use the program like 2x before i stopped for a min.
