no, i was not listning to Metallica while working on this (i was listning to Pearl Jam), and it's not inspired by the song...don't know why i never did anything in this style - i love it... i was so exited when i started coming up with this dark grungy style. it's so cool! think i'm going to do couple more works like that

One little critique, get a medium, soft eraser (or brush, if you're using masks) and set it to a low opacity and make the textures on the girl (well, me) and the cello (but not the background!) a little less harsh. That was you'll still have the textures, but you'll be able to see more details.
And I see this as fragile in a way, so I can add it to my competition, if you'd like.
