I tried to paint Stiles. In my opinion he doesn't look like Stiles/Dylan at all. OTLI used reference. This is from the MRI scene.

I think he totally looks like Stiles- maybe he looks different to you because you can't see his mouth in this picture. But I like the idea of the cross. The shadows and his face expression is perfect on this picture, good job!
