Oh I do love this character, Amatus...
Mage boy Dorian from the Dragon Age: Inquisition games. I simply love him / his character.
The portrait is based on a ref which I will share soon enough, but I am adding and changing most of it to make it my own, and most importantly: to make him realistic.
Got lots of good guesses in this previous WIP (though some of them were hilariously inaccurate ahahaha):

I've just started playing DA:I and I am madly in love with him.
He is indeed the master of party banter. For me his babbling with Sera and The Bull is the most hillarious.

He is amazing, and realistic, and so beautiful and delicate and elegnat (him, but obviously also your trait). I'm in love with this pic as much as I am in love with Dorian. And I like WIPs so much, so thank you for sharing with us both the previous and this.

Ah! I never saw it that way, I like it! And it is actually very true. I only scanned the most recent progress a few minutes ago because I was sitting behind my computer anyway... maybe I should try to get more scans, instead of crappy phone pictures..!!

I got a scanner a year ago, unfortunately I didn't draw much, at least much things to scan, but I still usually use my phone because I usually load pictures to Twitter and Instagram.
Crappy WIP phone pictures have their charm too 
Of course a HQ scan in the end is obligatory, so that we could appreciate your amazing skills
