i can't color it even when i partially lock the color layer. It just goes over the lines and when i partially lock the color layer it won't color at all.

Oh, sorry to hear that! Did you make sure that the layers are in the order like here? s11.postimg.org/cgr8ydu7n/colo… The lineart layer have to be above the one with colors. Or, if the colors are above - the layer have to be set on "Multiply" mode.

yes they were in that order but i just can't color it for some reason, not without it going over the lines anyway.
