"As you can see, its tail forms the tentacle. So no, it's not a random tentacle popping out of nowhere.
You'd be able to see it a bit better, though, if my scanner hadn't cut off the bottom of it.
(Paper was too big)
As you can probably tell, I got the idea for this dragon from different aquatic animals."
(Squid/octopus, shark, etc.)
