I see that the texture is a motion blur effect, I know nothing of digital but it looks neat, the wings and paws came out fantastic. I think using a model or visual reference is a great idea, it hepls you improve noticeably.

Nice work on the detailing of the wings and feet. The only thing that looks out of proportion would be the human part. It looks a bit smallβmaybe itβs the head. Just might want to keep that in mind went creating your next piece.
