Only the most technological advanced and rich empires or companies can afford one of them.
The cost of one of these exceeds that of a complete legion of Gentec clones.
Those clones are color-coded. Red stripes and button means experts in hidden weaponry, blue means that their organism is highly toxic, being able to kill a human with a kiss.
A very ghostly look makes them very lonely so they often spend their "spare time" alone in laboratories and research facilities working on some new achievements for their bodies.
These SpecOps are the most advanced in biotechnology.
When they are injected with blood or other substances from a human that contains enough DNA they are able to imitate their victim within minutes completely. This is a very painful experience for the clone because her body has to simulate the victim as well as the skin and hair is changed within minutes.
Nothing resembles the former body, no sensor can detect anything within her - she is the perfect double of the victim - aiming for her goal, in most cases the elimination of a high ranked foe for her human masters.
Because they are so valuable they usually are one of the longest living clone variant.
