sometimes life is hard. sometimes there are things in life that we have no control over, and they overwhelm us. it's like sitting in a boat on the wild ocean, and being swamped by waves. all we can do is sit and wait for calmer waters; we need to hang on to God and hope for the best while we wait for the "breakthrough". this is dedicated to one of my most special friends, jan - when the waves are overwhelming, just remember you're not alone!Related content

i really like how you captured the ocean/sea at its calmest and how it totally fits with your description. the clouds represent the break-through of new things to come. awesome shot.

yeah, i agree.. it had been raining most of the day where we were, and as the sunset.. it just peaked out through all the clouds left behind. very nice to watch.. the rays were amazing!
