This is my submission for Color Battle 08 Subject: Movie [Labyrinth]

I took a print out of the lines and used that to do my base color work by hand and then scanned it back in. Using Paint.net software I edited down the flats to a single frame, removed the background color, and made the spiral backdrop. I then added my work on top of the spiral and lined up the green globes. Then I added a third layer of my work but inverted it and removed everything but the goblins so that the labyrinth in his coat and the spiral above her head gave the illusion of perpetual chaos an motion yet never reaching the goal. I added the scan of an old file folder as a back ground and then added my skull tag and and a tag for and also.
