Description

FINALLY the last part of the current arc is out. As stated, it is in written form. There are implications of "stuff" happening between Zera and Blaze so just letting you know.

Well, that was certainly something to walk in on. Zera and Blaze in the middle of an intimate moment. For a second, Striker wanted to back off and tell his daughter the morning after, but decided against it. This was too important to delay.

"Hey Blaze?" The two lovebirds immediately froze. They hadn't accounted for Colin or Striker possibly coming down. Blaze responded with a simple hello, while Zera retained her shocked expression.

"Could I talk to you about something for a few minutes? You can say no, I just-"

"No, it's okay dad. Hon, is it alright if I talk with Striker for a bit?"

Zera just nods, before getting off and letting Blaze follow Striker.

Once they were up in the bedroom, Blaze is the first to talk.

"Sorry for, like, doing that with Zera." Striker looks back with a confused expression.

"Why are you apologizing? I should apologize for interrupting and pulling you away. I'm sorry, but I feel this is too important to delay." Striker took a seat at the edge of the bed. "After this, you're welcome to continue." That last comment made Blaze pretty uncomfortable. It was great that her actions with Zera were allowed by her dad, but either way after this she wouldn't do it during a time frame when they could be walked in on.

"So, what did you wanna talk to me about?" Blaze asked.

After some hesitation and a deep breath, Striker explained everything. How he was the descendant of Dialga, how he had powers unlike anything the others could do, everything. It was a LOT for Blaze to take in, especially since Striker added at the end that Blaze was beginning to develop her own powers.

"I really wanted to make things shorter, but I really couldn't. I didn't want you to be confused but be too shy to ask," Striker concluded with.

"Why didn't you ever tell me...?"

"I... I didn't feel like you needed to know..." His voice began to crack. Blaze sounded genuinely hurt, and that was something he couldn't handle calmly.

"Hey, Blaze, I know this is a lot in such little time," Colin said. "We do love you. I think the best way we can truthfully put it is we didn't want to overwhelm you until the time came." Colin opened his arms for a hug, which Blaze accepted without hesitation. "I'm sorry we kept this from you..."

With a somber tone, Blaze responded, "It's okay... I love you two..."

Striker joined in on the hug. "We love you too, Blaze... Do you wanna spend some time with Zera...?"

"Yeah..."

"You can tell her about this, we don't mind."

"Thanks, dads..."

Blaze didn't need to head back down, as Zera had come up to check on her. She had heard crying, and was worried.

"What's going on?" Colin backed off as he couldn't understand Zera, but the other two could.

"It's a long story, Zera... I can tell you tomorrow... I... just wanna be with you..." Blaze embraced the Zeraora in her arms with a tight grip, but Zera didn't mind in the slightest. "Thanks, hon..."

"There, there, it's going to be okay... I love you..."

"I love you too..." The rest of the night was spent cuddling on the couch.

The Morning After

"You wanna tell me what happened last night?"

"Yeah. Well, it's mostly about Striker," Blaze said, before explaining everything. Zera followed along, listening to everything she had to say.

"I was upset that they never told me before, but they said they didn't wanna overwhelm me until the time was right, which I understand."

"So, you've inherited powers from Dialga?"

"I suppose so, though I haven't noticed them yet. I'll have to ask Striker about that later."

"You wanna continue where we left off last night?"

"Us cuddling or doing it?"

"Yes."
