Description
Just for you to see the sketch and the actual colored version. Sometimes it happens that the expression isn't the same on the sketch and on the colored version even if they're exactly the same lines... I think it's the case here and I dunno why but I kinda prefer the sketch's expression here
... Or maybe I'm just weird 
Anyway, tell me what you guys think.

You're right, I believe the difference lies in the mouth area. The sketch has a more seductive expressive created by the difference of color (well...black)
Whereas in the colored version, you toned it down.
But I like them both because each has it's function and aesthetics.

Yeah maybe I should darken the lineart again or only the face area so that way she'll have a more seductive look

I think it's the eyebrows. The colored version lacks the strong outline of the sketch, especially in relation to the eyes, which are still dark black. That produces a more harmless, thus less seductive expression. I would experiment with that.

I love the sketch but I like sketches more than finished versions anyways. Not sure why. xD

That happens to me all the time when I have to ink things, sometimes the eyebrows always change when transferring the sketch >_<

Slight difference indeed. But I kind of agree. While the colored version has more detail, and great colors, the sketch seems to have a bit more of a seductive look....idk, that's just what I could make out lol

Nah, that's just what color does. I mean, if you look at doujins on certain sites there were originally colorless, then look at them in color, it's real strange how different it makes their expressions look. You did just fine
