Body and hair look pretty good, but I think you need to work on the down-turned 3/4 view of the face. His nose is snubbed, the far eye should sit further back in the skull, and the mouth is kind of on the side of his face.
No offense intended; on the contrary, being able to identify the flaws is a good sign, or at least much better than knowing something's wrong and either not knowing where to start or being unable to pin them down. Heck, I think the problems could be fixed in half an hour to an hour with Photoshop.
