The tonal quality is excellent, as is fine detail. The Color Range and Color Balance are excellent. The subject and composition are also excellent.
The Dynamic Range is pushed a bit too far to shadows, causing burnout and loss of detail in shadows. This is easily corrected, especially if you have the original shot.
Overall, this is Excellent work.
Your make-up work is very artistic. It is a skill which will come in handy as a creative Photographer.
