NOPE!
1) There is a clear line where a person left one world, and travelled to another and then getting stuck there (with them creating a life for themselves there).
2) There is a link from the DNA that shows they are cousins. Which means if Lukas was the grandmother, it would actually show in the DNA since there is a chain of it stuff from the mother tends to show down the line a lot better than stuff from the male line done. Add the fact that they worked out from the DNA that they are cousins, via generational counts, and it is not possible based off that fact. (Do know, this is an EXTREMELY overly simple version of how DNA works based on my limited knowledge)
3) Time travel, while joked about, isn't possible.
4) The author has made it clear a few times he doesn't want to do that.
Sorry, but seen these posts show up WAY too many times of late. While it is fun to joke about this, the logic just isn't there.

More so since you tend to have more then a few people who tell you how they want you to write the story.
