Description
I always found the sphinx concept funny, what with the human head just pasted on the feline body. When reading some History books, I however noticed there were also dog sphinxes, and summerian mythology had bull sphinxes.
So I thought I'd try the concept on whatever animal I could think of, however there are a few rules I set to myself:
_ No birds. A human head on a bird is a Harpy.
_no fishs. That'd be a mermaid.
_always the same person with the same position.

The greek one, the egyptian one doesn't so of course I went with the least effort.
There's also another reason much later.

Doubt it, but if memory is correct, Celia turned into a sphinx very early in the series.
