Well i created Phantom, and then when we made Atrum Academy(where Shadow is) i thought it wasn't going to last too long(sorry Black dearest) and didn't want to make a completely different character, so i said well let's stick a fluffy tail on Phantom and call him Shadow because he was a shadow demon now, and thus, Shadow was created, but along the way Shadow got a dad, his story evolved and his personality changed from Phantom's original base personality and yeah that's about it.  XD Shadow and Phantom's even met in a really old halloween event we had where the groups crossed over.  And that young one, is the story of Shadow and Phantom.
