Anyway, I just love the idea of omnipotent Mabel using her powers to do crazy and random stuff like this! It gives me a lot of ideas for her using that magic on other characters

Mabel: Wrong AU Dipping Sauce. This is the one we all stayed in the sphere forever and Pacifica's here to for some reason.
Dipper: Ok that makes sense. Well except the.....
Mabel: The moustache?
Dipper: No one said anything about the moustache. I meant that your forcing me and Pacifica Northwest to act out a pretend wedding.
Pacifica: *Munch* *Munch* Yeagh (she said with a mouth full of pop tart before swallowing) kind of in the middle of something.
Dipper: Me to. I've got regionals next week and I finally got an adimant nature Larvitar I need to train.
(Mabel laughed) Mabel: Oh Dipper. Poor naive, painfully annoying Dipper and aborabely chubby Pacifica......this isn't pretend. (Pulls out a contract from literally nowhere) BOOM legally binding certificate of marriage.
Pacifica: -_- What. Lemme see that (contract floats up to her face) Mmm mm uh huh yeah.....
Dipper: It's real isn't it.
Pacifica: Uh huh.
Dipper: Mabel you know were too young to.
Mabel: I'm basically all powerful bro. So know your not. Now pucker up and kiss the bride so you can spend the rest of your pokemon-less, poptart-less lives together. I've got like 20 other forced weddings to officiate in the next 5 minutes alone.

This is adorable, yet also hilarious, with Dipper's little mustache and Pudge-cifica with stickers on her face and hair topiary ("It's clearly an ostrich."); yet at the same time it's slightly terrifying with the whole "mad with power in Mabeland" angle.

I could see this if Mabel's an avid shipper, but on the other hand I think she'd be too protective of Dipper to allow this to happen. Then again, she did replace him with Dippy Fresh.

Dipper: Pacifica...can you get off me?
Pacifica: I'm trying, but these darn strings won't come off! Plus, I'm not exactly slender.

“Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to celebrate the blessed and eternal union of my brother Lord Dipping-Sauce and his beautiful bride Princess Pacifi-Potamus.”
Mabel’s speech didn’t end there, but that was about when Dipper stopped listening. Honestly, how could anyone expect him to listen to such lunacy?
When he and his friends had first ended Bill’s bubble prison to rescue his sister, they hadn’t expected to find a paradise formed from her sugarcoated, boy crazed fantasies. But even more shocking was Mabel’s flat-out refusal to leave. She’d offered them all their heart’s desires in order to make them stay, but when he and Pacifca rejected her temptations Mabel decided to indulge in a fantasy of her own.
Which leads us to their current predicament; trapped in a bouce-castle-church, suspended in midair on puppets, and about to be forcibly wed against their wills in front of a bunch of plush toys and miscellaneous cutesy characters.
“Pacifica…” Dipper whispered to his fellow captive, “Are you alright?”
“Let’s see… your stupid psycho sister spent two days force-feeding me cupcakes and Smile-Dip until I looked like her fat friend. Then she squeezed me into an ugly dress and put me on display like a circus freak. So no Dipper! I’m pretty freaking far from alright!”
“I know you’re scared but…”
“Scared? Oh, I’m way pasted scared! Mabel told me what she has planned for our honeymoon. And it makes getting turned into a baby hippo look like a day at the spa!”
“That bad huh?”
“Worse! She’s gonna dump us some tropical island where sock monkeys will force us to make out and play footsie for the next thousand years!”
“Okay… that’s really bad, but don’t worry. I’ll get us out of this somehow.”
“Well you’d better think of something quick Poindexter! Even your sister can’t talk forever!”
“And by the power vested in me as Mayor of Mabel-Land, I now pronounce you man and wife.” Mabel concluded cheerfully; cutting her captives’ conversation short. “You may now kiss the bride.”
“Mabel this is stupid! You have to sto…UPPHHH!”
Before Dipper could finish, the puppet stings forced his lips into an involuntary pucker; across from him, he could see that Pacifica’s strings were doing the same.
With a snap of Mabel’s fingers, the two slowly began to float towards each other; their lips leading the charge.
“NPPPPPHHHH!”
“HEEPPPPPHHHHH!”
“If you two are this happy now, just wait ‘til you see the love nest I had built for you on Three Smile Island.”

Well, from what I've heard, Pacifica gives you a little sidequest and when you complete it, the hug from Northwest Mansion Mystery is brought up and Mabel SOMEHOW knew about it, leaving the two of them to deny that it happened. And Mabel says she'll just leave the two of them alone. So, yeah. I think she ships them.
