Someone make my dream of an animated Harry Potter series real, plz.
Anyone know what Snape was up to during the battle before he was called in by Voldemort? I’d like to think he was taking some Death Eaters down.

As exciting as the scene is, you're probably right. It was essential that Snape keep his cover. If Harry had failed, the only hope would be for Snape to continue to pass as a Death Eater and work to take down the Dark Lord from the inside.
But it's a great drawing!

"Taking some Death Eater's down"? Sev was stealing ("taking") the small, light feathers ("down") that belonged to some (singular) Death Eater?
Excellent drawing, with a wonderful hooked nose on Sev, but I can't help snarking the misplaced apostrophe in your description.

Imagine the Death Eaters facing the castle and Sev at the very back, suddenly spontaneously taking down his peers(??)
