Despite being completely blind, his other senses more than makes up for it. Just like a normal bat, Sonal constantly emits high-pitched sounds and listens to the echo in order to find his way. However, his shrieks are almost unbearable to human ears and his giant wings create horrible gusts of wind that can effortlessly tear their way through a larger city, causing massive destruction in his wake.A new addition to my own Kaiju-verse. Toho has Rodan, Daiei has Gyaos and this would have to be my own "master of the sky". He's obviously based on a bat, although I haven't really come up with a background-story yet.

The purple and brown reminds me of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich!

Awesome! The coloration really makes this guy stand out, the contrast between the brown and the purple is very eye-catching! Great design, this is easily one of the best bat kaiju I've ever seen.

Cool Bat Kaiju.Over all it kind of reminds me of Bagorah from the Godzilla Dark Horse Comics. I like the use of purple and brown. I like the spikes on its back too, and the wings are kind of interesting.

Wow, i am also working on bat designs, my sketches are up, but THIS ... this is Kaiju art at it's best. Conceptually, the features are perfect. Your flying kaiju eats other kaiju and uses femurs for toothpicks ... and I hope i spelled femur correct, but thats doubtful. This is great, I love your kaiju work.

I just sketched things out. I used the things from King Kong (the bat things) to make a creature with a wirey frame and nasty ugly almost tortured muscle mass and skin. For now it's still conceptual, but my goal is to make something unique and striking as well as grotesque, giant(huge actually) and actually scary.
