Description
(It's been a while since I did something like this.)Lawful Good. Link. While Link's alignment dose vary from incarnation (but is always good) this one is a member the Hylian army.
Neutral Good Luna. Isn't part of Hyrule's army but is leading her own forces against Cia.
Chaotic Good. Great Fairy. (Well I had to put someone here.) Throughout the story, she provides various moments of assistance to the heroes when prayed to.
Lawful Neutral. Impa. She is designed after a samurai.
True Neutral. Agatha. She has no idea what's going on or what she's doing.
Chaotic Neutral. Midna. Initially appears as an adversary briefly before obviously switching sides and aiding the forces of Hyrule, attacking Lana and Agitha due to thinking that they were on Cia's side. Once they get things cleared up, she joins up with them.
Lawful Evil. Volga. He always fights fair, and he's quite affable to his allies, the Lizalfos and Dinolfos chieftains in particular. And Whenever he loses a fight with Link, he criticizes his victories by saying that Link only won due to outside help. And when Cia uses her dark magic to power him up during the final battle of the Valley of Seers, he, with some convincing from Zelda (or Ruto, if you're playing as Zelda), rejects the power and fights with his own strength. Though doing so ends up being his undoing.
Neural Evil. Cia. No matter what it takes, even if it means her life, she will make Link and the world hers. And Her entire motive in the game stems out of her jealousy towards Zelda for being with Link (and that she was corrupted by Ganondorf.)
Chaotic Evil. Wizzro. He's violent, short-tempered, arrogant, obnoxious, and not in the least bit trustworthy. He follows whatever evil force has the most power (and quickly ditches them as soon as someone stronger appears.) And doesn't utter a single line of dialogue that doesn't relate to hurting someone.

Zant is indeed Chaotic Evil, but is Ganondorf Neutral or Lawful Evil?

Zant's more Neutral Evi/Lawfull Evil becuse he want's to rule over the Twilight realm and believes he's entitled to rule.
Ghirahim is closer to Chaotic Evil (with his only "non-Chaotic" trait being loyalty to the Demon King.)
Ganondorfis probably Neutral Evil. His main MO is to obtain Power and is willing to do most anything to do it.
(Chaotic Evil is more destruction based, Lawful Evil is more domination based and Neutral Evil is more self based.)
