Description
The final scene in the DLC, Arrival. How I would've liked to react to the whole scene.All in all, I really enjoyed the ride of this DLC. It was much more challenging to me than the other DLC's. All those people running at you and BAM! Anyway, I played on my Adept and my Infiltrator (as pictured above) and I have to say, Infiltrator made it 10x easier, and 10x more fun. Nothing beats going invis and sneaking up behind the enemy and punching them to death.

Well when you think about it, after all you've accomplished and endured just what the hell is one bloody trial? I mean it's really just to sate the Batarians and reduce any chance of war.
As for bioware railroading you into a no-choice situation... well they've done so much for you already, are you really going to hate on them for this one thing?

When you think about it.... there was no other way. That Relay had to be destroyed for the Galaxy to have a fighting chance. Plus; those Batarians were dead anyway and exploding is a lot quicker than whatever Space-Mecha-thulu can do to them.

i agree completely the relay had to be destroyed like a spider nest in a shower! but i don't like useless lives being lost. i mean 300K? they could've escaped the reapers T.T and maybe there's a good batarian that's like, "hey guys, let's stop being dicks of the galaxy m'kay?" and he rallies all his buddies to stop being the asshats of the milky way. i totally like that story.

Yeah, the end of the DLC kind of pissed me off. I don't like how BW railroads your Shepard into being a complete idiot because they want the 'drama' of a trial on earth.

i'm a cheap bitch, and i almost didn't buy it. but i finally broke down and got both lair of the shadow broker and arrival. (about 18$). since i play mass effect constantly, i thought it was worth it. i highly recommend both!

I'm guessing this ending was made for renegade colonist Shepards in order to get back at the Batarians...
just like how the ME2 optional "Screw you Cerberus" ending was for Paragon Sole Survivors.

If only. From what I've heard, ME3 begins with you at Earth, on trial for the events of Arrival and the Reapers invade mid-way through the trial.

I assumed as such
But this is what I know about ME3. Game starts with you on trial, the Reapers invade, you and your team (From what I know, Ashley / Kaiden, Liara and Garrus confirmed to return, plus anyone who you romanced in ME2 will be back) haul ass to the Normandy SR3 (The Alliance get their hands on it and re-re-do it) and flee earth to go gather your allies to fight back.
