This is what I'm working on for now.. i posted it because i wanted some "PROFESSIONAL SUGGESTIONS".. about how to do the hair and how i could make the skin better and more realistic-looking.. a little help?

Looking very very good! As i said in the other drawing..get some blending stumps unless you already got it. Working on the hair...you need to work in blocks..add diffrtrnt tones and then use the Retractable Eraser to add highlights and thing hairs ( also hair are not perfect...some stick out some lie crooked that brings more realism to the hair). P.S. Always work from left top corner to the right bottom if you are right handed..if you are left handed..do it other way round
