Ok, so the thing is, when you go lower than 70ms, such as 60ms or 30ms as you have it, lame browsers such as internet explorer and such can't handle it, so they slow it down to their default speed, which is 100ms, making this animation in IE really, really slow.
Is it OK if I slow the animation down to 70ms? He'll still be moving fast, but just not quite.

I'll upload it to my scraps once I fix it.
