Just a quick thingy.

I just figured that, since this technique help me A LOT, I might just share it.
I could do something more detailed and with better drawings one day, idk.

1. Draw a circle
2. Draw an oval. You have the base of your face.
3. Draw the ears
4. Draw two parallel lines, just above and just below the ear(s). This will help you to place the rest of the facial features.
5. Draw the nose, the eyes, the mouth, the eyebrows.
6. "Re-do the lineart". Redraw some things, add more detail,
