asdhsakjdshadhkla COLORS EVERYWHERE sjdhkasdhasAll my hard wooooooorkkkkkk \;u;/
I rarely do stuff like this, where, there's like, tons of random stuff and circles scattered around the place... and a lot of colors, too. 8D
I got bored one night and decided to doodle some stuff on my sketchbook... And this appeared out of nowhere. 8D. Scanned and redid it digitally
A~nyway, this guy here is Izaya, if you haven't noticed. =w=; I actually did a livestream on this... and only one joined ;-;
And I can't think of a better title... again

It reminds me of episode 12.5! You know, when they threw paint on those guys? And Izaya was wearing something a little different from what he usually wears?
Anyway, it's not random! There's sushi in a heart and dead fish eyes with a slash over it, and a vending machine, and a stop and yield sign, and money, and '138' and his laptop and a colorful Chinese go board and head phones(and the eighth note) and what I'm guessing is a broken cell phone but what kinda looks like a remote....
Ok, I guess the rest is random XD I don't know what the cat could represent except maybe Izaya's slyness? And maybe the mustaches represent the higher ups he works for? Though Shiki doesn't have a mustache... And then there are what I'm assuming are buildings behind Izaya's head and a skull and crossbones on the other side of his head which could symbolize the people he watched and kinda coaxed to jump off buildings. The hearts are probably for his lovely humans 
I'm not sure what the birds could mean besides Izaya's ability to 'fly' away from a fight ^w^ HEY LOOK A CHESTNUT! Hehe, just kidding I knew it was there~

The most random thing(s) I have put in there are probably the mustaches... I actually just put it there to fill some space and haven't really thought about it... xD. But yeah, maybe you could say that it represents his higher ups...? (Well, yeah... Shiki doesn't really have one... "orz) Or maybe it reflects his fanciness? eue *gets shot*
The birds... Yeah. More random stuff I instantly put on there without thinking. And yes! You could put it that it's about his escaping abilities... xD
... And the chestnut...

Haha I just thought about the birds cuz I had a really random moment while typing up one of my Izacentric stories where he hallucinated he was a raven and tried to fly "orz and kinda fell XD
