I'm told there's a sequel, I can't remember if it involves these seishi or... damn, what was the name... well, the other set. When I tried to look for scanalations, they'd been removed for copyright.

It's called Fushigi Yuugi Genbu Kaiden and it's like a prequel telling the story of Takiko, the priestess of Genbu, though having not read it, I have no idea if Miss Suzuno makes any appearances at all...
