Upon encounter a conspicuous stranger, a young woman receives an instant magical makeover from top to bottom. She wasn't entirely thrilled with the change, and the added weight to her head made her feel she wouldn't enjoy what was done to her hair.

However, another instant later, and her mind was flooded with pleasant thoughts as she was given a psychic link to the stranger that altered her emotional capacity that came with her new gift of empathy.

While her new gift grants her the expected ability to feel the emotions of others, the psychic link strengthens her perception of the stranger she became bound to. Because of this, she subconsciously complies to his desire for her to be calm and happy. At the same time, she also experience a rebound effect: any emotional pleasure she makes the stranger experience is replicated and intensified in her own emotional state due to her empathic gift, essentially making it very satisfying for her when she makes him happy. And since her mind was rewritten to be very loving and compliant to her new beloved, her blissful state will essentially be perpetuated.

It may be odd to grant such a thing to someone that was to serve a greater purpose than a simple "pleasure slave". But apparently she had a few useful talents of her own, and new lover or not, it would be a big boon for the stranger somewhere down the line. And her far more agreeable state of mind would only make her even more efficient at using them.

I suppose the middle frame is weird, but it was meant to show that her mind didn't exactly "blank out into nothingness". I did write that she was essentially overwhelmed with happiness, so I wanted to portray the mental rewrite with a smile, even if it might come off as rather creepy-looking. I sort of had an idea for a far less conspicuous version of a "Happy Helmet" in mind for the future, so I also thought this might make good practice for that.

Either way, I actually think this hairstyle is way more plausible than a bunch of other hairstyles I've seen. I mean, have you ever seen Kina from Skyward Sword? She basically has a far more dubious version of this hair.

And sorry I skipped the transformation sequence, but I had one too many mental images for what she might have looked before the change that I decided to leave it out and up in the air. Besides, it was mostly about applying a mind control situation involving dat hair.
