Design for a contest that I didn't place in

Current end / offer selection date is June 30th, 2020 at 1 pm PST
This design is offer to adopt, which means that I will look into accepting offers.
I am currently only looking for USD and possible HQ art. Do NOT offer designs. I am not looking for designs at this time, thank you!
IF offering art, please provide specific examples and specify what sort of art you're offering.
You are permitted to make more than one offer.

As usual;
- Whoever adopts the design is free to do whatever they wish with it as long as they don't claim themself as the original designer
- The design may be changed and altered in any the buyer wishes
- The design can be used in any media the buyer wishes
- The design can be sold and/or traded by the buyer
- The buyer will be sent an unwatermarked PNG of the character once transactions have gone through.
