The normal word order in English for "coloring upper body" is "Upper body coloring"; I would suggest adding the word 'fur' or 'feather' to be clear about what coloring (I am not certain, but I think you intend "Upper body fur coloring"). I think the idea is that the color changes over time, but I don't understand all the details. I assume "changes after molting" means when the feathers are shed and new ones grow (the word 'molting' almost always refers to feathers), but it is possible that you meant 'shedding', when fur falls out and new fur grows. I see the range/variation of color and the words to describe it "from black to dark brown", but there is not enough information/words for me to learn what area or fur or feathers changes and how quickly it changes. Some words above the colors (such as 'summer fur' and 'winter fur') would make the intent/idea easier to interpret.

Да я так и не поняла, как перевести слово "собачьи", мне эта фраза тоже мозг прожгла, но я уже настолько задолбалась с рефой, что мне стало абсолютно пофиг х)
