I would not say it is irrelevant, but Goku has not used it in a while.  The Partial-God-Power-looking Base form is what I called "Saiyan Beyond God."  It is unknown whether it is officially part of Dragon Ball Super.  The red-haired form, the blue-haired form, and kaioken form are all canon.  The orange form could be replaced with anything, as we have not seen Goku's new form yet.

This is my attempt at understanding how these forms might fit together with the re-introduction of Super Saiyan God in DBSuper episode 104.

So I'm gonna assume the blue hair is his strongest form, if that's the case, does he have a limit on how long he can stay in that form like SS3? Because from what I can remember, the SS3 form could only be used for a limited time.

So this is slightly out of date now.  The orange form is completely wrong.  Please disregard that.

As of now, Goku has Base, Super Saiyan 1, Super Saiyan 2, Super Saiyan 3, Super Saiyan God (the red-haired one), Super Saiyan Blue (the blue-haired one), Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken (the blue-haired one with red aura).  The blue-haired form has stamina issues when fighting intensely for such a long period of time, but the stamina issue is no where near as bad as Super Saiyan 3.

Note:  If you ever hear the term Saiyan Beyond God (the other Base-form-looking one in the graphic), it is the product of poor production, communication, and direction between Toriyama and Toei.  It doesn't technically exist, but in order to have a consistent narrative it has to exist.  It is like a step between Super Saiyan 3 and Super Saiyan God.  This would result in:  Base, Super Saiyan 1, Super Saiyan 2, Super Saiyan 3, Saiyan Beyond God, Super Saiyan God, Super Saiyan Blue, Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken.

To be fair, it might not be; the fact that Goku's new form has been referred to as Ultra Instinct "Omen", as well as the circumstances required for him to actually reach the state, imply that this isn't the true form of the state, or at least the completed version of it. I wouldn't be that surprised if Goku eventually learns how to reach that same level of strength under his own power, which might be where this orange-haired form comes in.

It would be very interesting to see if he can reach Ultra Instinct on his own.  I said this image was "wrong" because there was scuttlebutt that the orange-haired form was just modified SSBlue.

Actually...back when you came up with this concept, did you envision Super Saiyan Blue as still being stronger than God for this?

Yeah, It was supposed to be:  Base < SS1 < SS2 < SS3 < Black-haired Godly Base < SSGod < SSBlue < SSBlue KK < SSOrange

This was before SSBlue Kaioken x 20 existed.  I had not considered that as an option.
