This is neat, and I'm generally a fan of your coloured work, but I rather liked the black and white version of this page better. It allowed more focus to be placed on the characters and their interactions than on the fact that, say, this is a different planet and thus has a different baseline colour palette. Then again, the colour was a great addition to your Hi Ho, Hyperdrive: Xenobiology comic, so maybe it's just this page.

Good question. Β When he was found he had a little flash drive-like device on a cord around his neck. Β The only thing on it is western entertainment. Β Old tv shows in particular, but a few Louis Lamore books and Sons of the Pioneers music. Β Since that is the only information he has about humans he assumes that's what he's supposed to be. Β Β

Ooh! I looked that up. Looks like a fun comic! I love the idea of comic books and graphic novels but, unfortunately like other books they aren't rated for content so you never know if you're picking up something G or PG-13. But this one looks like something I would really like to read.

It's a G comic for kids but it has a great story! Β I own the first one and the second.
I actually did some flattening work on the colors on the second and third books. That was a lot of fun!

Im already working on it. Still might be slow at first, gotta get used to it and ive been pretty sick lately. 5th day in a row with either a strong throat cold or possibly pneumonia. Had a fever a day or two ago as well so, yea it sucks. Let me know if your still interested in my old one by the way. I emailed ya pics, last week.

I like the color better. I like seeing all the Jesfloon in color.Β
Keep working at it. My comic took a long time to settle into anything that resembled a stable style, and my characters' markings kept changing as I learned what was hard to draw. Comics are very hard for me.

Practice practice. I've got to remember that. We all do. I love hour style! But yeah, characters seem to change with time. Rover is WAY different than the first time I drew him.

I figure as long as you're not writing a book you're going to print, having the characters change is fine. I've got some rather old ideas for my alien species and they've changed a lot.Β

Nice job! I do certainly prefer that this has color. Despite the yellowness. I'm very skilled at colors either, but... Only thing I can think of is the background might reflect a Jssfloon's sky blue? That would realy give the impression of the refreshing out-doors.

Yeah, that makes sense about not having them blend in. Maybe a very light blue, almost white, so it's still blue but not as saturated and Flyspur and them?
But it still turned out nice!
