WE'RE HALFWAY THERE, HOLY COW. It was a little rough at the start, but once I got the hang of it it's starting to become a habit to just pump out quick doodles and concepts daily. This challenge was such a good idea.

(Don't get me wrong, though. Some days are better than others. -_-' )

I'm such a SUCKER for psuedo-familial relationships. You'll probably see A LOT of them from me in future projects, because the concept of "found family" is so intruiging to me; that people who were complete strangers up until the start of the story soon grow a bond that becomes nearly impossible to break. GAH, I LOVE IT!!

If I ever do make Scape's story a comic, it won't be full-color. It'll probably a limited palette, and it may have these five colors that I've experimented with in these doodles because they mesh pretty well together. They're desaturated, but still have a tint of color and brightness to them, which I think fits the story of Scapegrace; it'll be rough and gritty, but it's more about the little splashes of hope and kindness that Scape experiences as he goes through his R&R.
