this is my anime version of Cindy Vortex from Nickelodeon's Jimmy Neutron (a cery OOC-ish one...)... she looks kinda fat... T___T i messed up... oopsie...i did this during math class because i was bored... drew it on the back of my math notebook... XD thus, the crappy coloring and shading... I WAS BORED!!! ignore the hands... i still suck at drawing em...
NOTE: the signature isn't mine although i drew the pic... my seatmate/friend/partner in crime put her signature on my drawing when i wasn't looking...
