Milli/Millienne is a creature with the ability to become and morph her body into anything. She was picked up by scientists were she constantly shifted forms until one day she shifted into a human female. The scientists then began to converse with her. It is unclear what Millienne was originally as even she has forgotten but when asked what kinds of things she's been in the past she replies "everything". She can become anything from monsters to animals to objects, anything, it's almost like magic.

Millienne has a very happy, childlike disposition. In her containment unit she sometimes randomly dances or starts transforming her hands for fun.
