Description The girl of the tower.

I began this almost immediately after seeing the amazingness which is Tangled back in November. It started as a gouache painting but I didn't get very far because of projects. When I finally returned to it, I noticed so many things I felt were wrong, so i re-drew it, scanned it, began it, put it off for a month or two due to portfolio, and here it is! The pose for Rapunzel was inspired by two Mucha works combined.

You did an amazing job here. All the elements from the film are beautifully combined (lanterns, tower, suns...), and the hair is just awesome! Love it!

Oh my goodness, this is astounding. I wish I could favorite it 10,000 times The colors alone are so beautiful to look at, but paired with the background design and Rapunzel herself it's just love!
