I've seen other people's takes on Were-Klonoa before, well here's my version.I got the idea for this when I was (trying) to play the PlayStation 3 version of Sonic Unleashed, oh my god I swear the XBOX 360 version did not lag the way this version did, I was frustrated with the way it performed.Β
I was going to call this Klonoa the WereCat but it sounded weird.Β

A lot of multiplatform games performed poorly on the PS3, not just Unleashed. That's what happens when you have a CPU that's difficult to develop for.
Anyway, nice. But if you really wanted this to be like Sonic, then the shorts aren't really needed.
But that's just me.

Thanks, yeah I know but I think it wouldn't have looked right for this, I based it off of his PS1 design but used his eyes from his PS2 design. Also there's no (official) artwork of Klonoa taking on the Sonic the Hedgehog character look. By that I mean without pants...

There isn't, but there IS a piece of Klonoa Heroes concept art that shows the shape of his body through a bodytight suit. It's not all that different from his upper body, really. No hips or anything. Still pretty Sonic-esque.

Besides, does it matter anyway whether there's official art or not? Since 2003, I've requested and commissioned endless art of him unclothed and they all look fine to me. o_o See my DA page for them.
