The Officer of Naval Intelligence isn't picky on it's agents. The most notable is Rouge the Bat. Smart, sexy and deadly, she is the go-to person for almost all of their Intelligence needs. Rouge, as you all well know, is a treaure hunter, going from country to country, planet to planet trying to make a profit off someone else's hard work. When she works for the government, she will do just about anything for them.

Rouge is specifically part of Section 0, the most Top Secret section of ONI, offten called, "No Such Section". Almost everything that S.0. does is kept under the tightest of wraps with no civilian involvement.

The weapon Rouge is equipped with is the Colt M3AI99-AM Assault Sniper Rifle, made by the Earth-based company Colt Firearms. She also carries a customized pistol she calls Heartfelt, a 10mm matte black semi auto with a heart-shaped ironsight. She is wearing UNSC armor since her usual black bodysuit is much less protective dispite the titanium breast and boot gurads
