I wonder if I categorized this right; it really does kinda toe the line of "Abstract" and "Anime"...
It's not a girl. It's lines of varying widths; what makes you see a girl is the way your mind connects things. I've always been intrigued by that kind of drawing-by-implication, and the kind of old Oriental brush-stroked look, so I thought I'd try to combine them here.

The face is extreely recognisable for a one of these types of drawings. Doesn't matter, still looks good. Too bad you can't pick multiple categories here, would have gone fine into either of the ones you were thinking of in my humble opinion. It's a really nice looking drawing, the lines are so nice and clean and flowy.

The only thing, methinks, that ruins the "It's not a girl" part of it is the face. The lips and eye are too obviously a lip and an eye, IMO.
Otherwise, awesome.
