I don't play any tabletops though I own quite some Warmachine/Hordes minis... I paint them for fun, as showcase miniatures and I LOVE to convert minis. Those I use for depicting RPG characters. I play D&D 3.5 and we use the minis when it comes to tactical situations like combat. We use a battlegrid with the tactical terrain painted on and the fun starts. Often we have fights similar to tabletop with over twenty miniatures involved!
