This may look like my usual style but I was trying to work on a way of simplified backgrounds that work smoothly with the main image. =/----------------
Lame character profile:
-Full Name: Kor'Jaal Phal'kyorli
-Age: 352 (maturity of a woman in her fifties)
-Gender: female
-Race: drow
-Marital status: widow. "...twice a widow. -_-"
-Aura status: Not tainted. (She has clear grey eyes.)
-Profession: former priestess of Shar (the goddess of loss), performed military duties as captain, former theology tutor, former martial weapons tutor. Other. Currently places as matron of the Phal'kyorli House.
-Personality traits: Temperamental, judgmental. Usually displays a rather calm appearance, but rage outbursts arenβt unlikely to happen. Bitter and not very friendly, only stands comfortable with Eli and Yoel, whom she considers as a son. On good traits, she can be diplomatic and fair.
-Personal belongings: Self crafted scythe, an ancient long sword, a collection of theological books and manuscripts, some written by herself.
-Short background: ... there isn't a short background. "Hah, let's just say 'a series of unfortunate events'".

oh vaya, la recuerdo... oh eso creo, me parece que era una de las combatientes en un bosquejo que hiciste hace... bueno, desde hacer ratisimo, mas de lo que yo he estado ausente, eso seguro
Pero bueno, al cabo... gran trabajo, en verdad!
[por cierto, me llamaron la atencion los nombres... Kor'Jaal y Shar, en seguida me recordaron a los mundos de starcraft, Char y Korhal... yo y mi obsecion X3]

La verdad! Ya ni me acordaba esos nombres Pero en realidad Shar no es un nombre que invente yo, y Kor'Jaal lo fui sacando a partir de palabras drow...asi que es mas bien casualidad que se parezcan

You should really give this character a name because the pic and design just feel awesome. I've always been a big fan of the scythe and it seems a very underused weapon. The intimidation factor alone is huge whenever someone carries it. I'm seriously loving the edge and flow of the pic, just her posture and the way she holds herself seems dangerous and confident.
Her robes are simple in design but at the same time, the way you've done it, its MORE than enough to add to her coolness factor with the way its cut and the wind whipping up and blowing her hair. Gorgeous pic ... really. Its always fun getting something in my inbox from you.

I'm kind of frustrated because I started plotting a background for this character ( It's also in this image: [link] ) But I didn't write it down because I have an issue with actually writing stories (the few comics I ever made were done counting on luck, without a proper previous script
I find scythes and swords equally awesome. In fact, the character I mostly play in NWN is a bard, and I added her a feat to be able to carry scythes

Her head and neck feel slightly disjointed (neck heading back, head heading forwards), but you have excellent lineweight.
