Heya, welcome to DA!
As a rule when you submit Deviations the default Licence options are set to "Apply A Creative Commons Licence - No", "Allow Commercial Use of Your Work: No" and "Allow Modifications of Your Work: No" if any of these are set to yes, then it will show up on the artwork. If you can't see anything (As in most cases on DA) then the defaults are set.
I'd be interested in letting you use the image, but I'd have to know a bit more about it first. Send me a private message and we can chat about it.

Very interesting takes on the chess pieces. So the queen is a fantasy warrior/mage, the king is a ruler (love the flag enhancement), the bishops are monks, the knights are knight on horsebacks. Rooks seem a bit less creative (very similar to pawns, only size difference), but that's the only complaint point. Very well done, looks almost like a photograph of a custom chess board.

I agree over the rook, and it was probably the one I agonized over the most. I was determined to get it done before I turned in for the night. I wanted the rook element to seem 'defensive'- hence the shield being more prominent than the sword- for the black set I might add in a wall or barricade in-front of him.
I'm thinking of doing the black set in black marble with silver, but I probably won't do a full render like this. Maybe show the board mid-game with pieces from both sides in play.

Yeah, the rooks are hard to think up. The most bright idea I've seen was the one using a tank for a rook. Straight movement, "heavy piece". But then one could use that idea only once, and there should be other idea's to interpret it. A big shield as "defensive" piece isn't that bad.
Can you also do some individual pieces? That would be cool.

This is outstanding work, a chess set fit for a king. If I owned such a set I'd certainly want to play Chess every day! My hat's off to you and your amazing work!

personally i woulda maybe gone black on gold , but thats just my personal taste ... again outstanding work !
