Time for more art!
This one took a bit longer than my last few. I remembered to check this one with a few different color profiles before submitting it this time, so hopefully I won't have to make my usual flurry of edits.
I tried to use a softer texture this time around. The glowing scales and colors were especially fun to use.

Ah when it comes to these fantastic color schemes, marvelous concepts, and new material you're always there shining through
The semi-transparent wings of the dragon are brilliant, the detailed scales contrast very well with the background and the dragon's body (it's as if the scales glow in the dark- creative!), and I love how the dragon's eye is colored blue like the background
I'm not sure if it was intentional- but I think the right arm's thumb is missing a claw- but I don't find it too noticeable.

The glowing scales were something that I randomly stumbled across while playing around with different blending modes. They were rather fun, so i decided to go with it.
I've uploaded a minor edit. I re-drew the hands in a rather substantial manner, and I think they look much better now. That thumb was one of the areas that gave me a lot of trouble when I was working on it. I think it's improved now, though.

The glowing scales are too big to really be considered scales. Hell, I thought it was some sort of ethereal skin pattern. Just saying, doesn't really come off as the way you pretty much intend them to.
Like the piece. Great colouring. Awesome pose. You rotated the background just right to give the impression of falling/gloating/something other then walking. Seriously, great work.

I had a lot of fun with the colors and background.
I used to draw big scales like that over the entire surface, but I've found using texture to give the impression of scales is more effective. I still try to draw a few large ones to detail important areas and joints, but I may have gone overboard a little with them on this piece.

the only real problem I can see is that the wings seem to be attached to his(her?) back in an awkward place, but that is a very minor issue..

I usually shade in grayscale, and add color last. That gives me a decent amount of freedom, as far as color schemes go. I went through quite a few of them before deciding on this one.

The pose, colours, transparency of the wings, his/her eyes, they really contrast with the scale colour, the details ... Everything is perfect! Amazing job as always, you never cease to amaze me.
