Description
A Thunderbird returns home, with a nice buildup of static electricity for the young ones. It's actually another speedpaint. I was trying out some of the painting techniques from this walkthrough: [link]
It was a lot of fun.
That walkthrough really helped streamline my speedpaint process. I'll have to try working in some more lighting and color into the next one.
Comments and criticism are always welcome.

Thank you.
I thought those little ones would work well in there, to show a softer side of things.

it really does look good for a 3h speedpaint. the only thing that bothers me a little is that it is a bit too dark. maybe adding a few highlights in white or pink color wouldn't look bad on this. other than that, nice work, it's still good, love it for its dark atmosphere

Thank you.
I see what you're talking about. A few more highlights would help lighten things up. I quickly added a bit more light, but it's just a quick touch up, and nothing major.
I'll have to keep that in mind from the beginning for next time, though.
These speedpaints are a fun way to practice.

It looks awesome, you have a very good monochromatic purple going on here, it is very consistent. It is even nicer that the highlights aren't just white and the shadows just black, it has appeal to it.

Thank you.
I'm glad to hear that the colors look good. It was much more monochrome, but I decided to add in that purple right near the end.
I'm glad I did.
